Conditions of Sale Purchasing and item from Decor Impact is a fun and different experience. We take pride in knowing that we are providing unique fun high quality products to our customers. By making a purchase with us, customers understand the the conditions of sale and agree with them. Our Shipping Policy Decor Impact can ship any item anywhere in Australia via a reknown shipping company. Due to the nature and size of our products every precaution is taken to prevent damage. We personally hand pack the items in our store with utmost care taken to prevent any damage in transit. In the unlikely event of an item getting damaged Decor impact will replace or refund or in most cases repair the item. The shipping costs however are entirely non refundable that includes the initial delivery cost and the cost of shipping the item back for repair, replacement or refund. Items with a value over $1000 can be insured at an extra cost, It is the Buyers Responsibility to request insurance if it desired. Decor Impact is more than happy to Pack goods for delivery if the customer chooses to use their own service. Packaging fees do apply. Delivery and Return costs are NON Refundable The Buyer must assume responsibility for some of the risk involved in shipping such large irregular items. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to the store. Decor Impact will always endeavor to help in anyway possible and to maintain our high standard of customer care. Most local deliveries are performed by our own staff so you can rest assured your items are in good hands. Refund Policy Refunds are given if the goods provided are not in the condition as stated or as described. Refunds will not be given if the customer decides to change their mind or has physically damaged the item themselves. Proof of purchase must be presented. Goods may be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase, Proof of purchase must be provided. Layby Decor Impact offers a 2 month LayBy period on any items above $50 in value. A 20% deposit is needed and the item must be collected or sent by the end of the 2 month period. Regular payments are not needed, as long as the full payment is made by the end of 2 months. Failure to comply with the LayBy terms and conditions will result in a cancellation of the Layby and a $25 Layby Fee. All goods remain the property of Decor Impact until Paid in Full. Orders All orders require a minimum of 20% deposit. The deposit is Non refundable. The purpose of the deposit is to secure the product and the pricing for a customer. Please note that imported items can take up to 4 months to receive. Rental All rentals must be paid in FULL prior to stock delivery. Rentals are based on an agreed time frame and customers are responsible for any extra costs associated with changing the agreed delivery and collection times. Extra charges may be charged for collection and deliveries after hours and on holidays weekends etc. Delivered rentals will have a delivery and collection fees payable in cash to the the driver unless otherwise organised. Customers take full responsibility for the items for the full rental time, in the event of theft or damage the customer will be Wholly responsible for the repair or replacement of the rented goods. Warranty Decor impact does not offer any warranty on their items unless the manufacturer has offered one. All painted resin products are designed for outdoors but not to the extreme. We do recommend that a clear 2 Pack automotive coating be applied to the products should they be placed in extreme weather areas, this is always offered on every sale. Decor impact can happily assist with this prior to collection and is done at raw cost from the Painter. Special care should be taken to shelter animals on extreme weather days. this will improve the their lifespan. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges should they want something repaired. After 6 months FULL repair costs may be charged after notification of price. All Re deliveries or change over costs are at the customers expense. Decor Impact will not wear the cost to swop over or collect and item for repair covered under any warranty. We do Try to make these costs as little as possible however it is the responsibility of the customer to return faulty goods for repair or change over. |
